QA Photos Limited was founded in 1986 by photographers Jim Byrne and Diana Craigie. QA has gained an international reputation for the quality, innovation and reliability of its services. In addition to Jim’s commitment to the long-term projects listed above, he has worked on a wide variety of underground and surface construction projects in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.

QA has a particular interest in and unrivalled experience of photography of the underground environment and Jim has been responsible for many of the best-known and widely published tunnel photographs of the past 20 years.
